Conceptual boat design, or ‘marine design’, is the creation of a boat’s exterior and layout, combined with ensuring its functional qualities.
From the initial sketch to 3D modeling, we work on the design of a boat’s interior and exterior. Whether it's a yacht, passenger vessel, or special craft. Our designs are characterized by a recognizable and elegant appearance, practical architecture, and accurately crafted ergonomics.
However, marine design is not just ‘pictures’. At the very early stages of design, we perform a parametric analysis of the vessel’s characteristics using the methods developed and tested in our practice. The main dimensions, weight characteristics, recommended speed range, seaworthiness are carefully analyzed. The regulatory ‘niche’ for the boat’s certification is selected and compliance with standards is assessed. With this approach, we can justify the technical solutions included in the concept and confirm the client’s expectations.
